What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment (agency preferably) or client facing role (1-5 years)
  • A passion for building expertise in a professional sector (Finance or Legal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience, accountability, and a mindset for continuous learning.
  • EU citizenship/passport (essential for relocation to Malta).
