Spa Supervisor

The multi award winning Corinthia Budapest is looking for an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality. The Spa Supervisor is responsible for the quality operation of the Spa and impeccable services for the guests in compliance of the Corinthia standards.Tasks & Involvements:Deputizes the Spa Manager in his/her absence and acts as point of reference for all guests and colleagues in relation with the full operation of the Spa.Provides courteous, efficient service to all guests and spa visitors. Handles all guest complaints with the utmost confidence, grace and concern for their satisfaction and report it to Spa Manager.Maintains an up to date working knowledge of the Spa and its services and give guests detailed information of these services (treatments, entrance tickets, memberships and all other services available).Ensures that the entire Spa area is maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and is continuously safe keeping in mind all Hotel and Government policies and regulations.Monitors all third-party vendors and contractors ensuring that all services and products are delivered in line with agreed contracts.Is personally and jointly responsible for Stocks and other financial assets of the Spa ensuring maximum care is taken whilst handling.Maximizes the relationship with ESPA and Omorovicza or any other brand(s) the Spa associates with.Participates in the recruitment, induction, training, motivation and performance management of all Spa colleagues.Ensures all Standard Operating and Financial Procedures are continuously updated and that the entire team adopt the same commercial mind frame and follows them throughout their duties.The Ideal Candidate:At least 2 years of Spa supervisory experience, preferably in 5-star environmentExcellent command of Hungarian and English languagesAbility to manage and coordinate a team for maximized operational efficiency and guest satisfactionSpa-wellness related professional qualificationService-oriented attitude with high level of problem-solving skills and attention to detailsWhat We Offer: Competitive compensation packageComplimentary staff meals on dutyPrivate healthcare insuranceUniform with cleaning serviceVarious Corinthia hotels discounts, discounted parking serviceRecognition of Colleagues awards & events5-star working environment in one of the most prestigious Spa in BudapestCandidates must be eligible to work in Hungary and are requested to submit their professional CV in English with their application.CORINTHIA BUDAPEST, HUNGARY
