  • Medior szinten: 2–4 év tapasztalat üzleti elemzés és IT projektek támogatása terén
  • Senior szinten: Minimum 5 év releváns tapasztalat IT üzleti elemzőként vagy hasonló pozícióban
  • Kiváló kommunikációs és problémamegoldó képesség, strukturált gondolkodásmóddal
  • Jártasság üzleti elemzői eszközök és módszertanok alkalmazásában (pl. BPMN, UML, Use Case modellezés)
  • IT rendszerek és fejlesztési folyamatok átfogó ismerete
  • Projekt A: Tapasztalat szoftverfejlesztés és rendszerintegrációs projekteken
  • Projekt B: Kockázatkezelés és adattárház tervezés terén szerzett tapasztalat
  • Projekt C: Minőségbiztosítás / szoftvertesztelésben szerzett tapasztalat
