M&A Expert

Our Partner, who is a leading automotive company in Hungary (specializing in vehicle sales, distribution and mobility services across Central and Eastern Europe) is looking for an expert in M&A to join their finance team. As a dynamic and innovative player in the automotive industry, the company represents renowned global brands, offering comprehensive solutions for both private and business customers.Participation in tasks related to acquisition and business development areas of strategic planningPreparation of industry, market and competitor analyses, benchmarks and related management reports and presentationsMaintaining contact with the Company's transaction consulting partnersPreparation of financial models (including valuation models) for company acquisitions, supporting managerial decision-making with detailed, data-based analyzes and recommendationParticipation in financial due diligence processes and the preparation of related reports, management (e.g. Board of Directors) presentations and other transaction-related documentationParticipation or coordination in the transaction processPreparation of regular (monthly, quarterly) and occasional management reports on the status of the Group's M&A projectsWorking closely with other internal deparments (FP&A team in the business planning and forecasting process and monthly financial performance analyses; accounting team in the financial closing process)Support of ad hoc projects according to needsCooperates with external experts, consultants and banks involved in projects Elvárások / RequirementsUniversity or college degree in finance,business, accounting or similar relevant fieldA minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (previous project management experience is an advantage)Confident English language skills (both written and spoken)The ideal candidate is characterized by excellent problem-solving skills, structured thinking, strong analytical skills, and is able to adapt flexibly to changing prioritiesConfidently uses spreadsheet software (mainly Microsoft Excel), knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.Good verbal and written communication skillsOpen to data gathering and organizing activities, and strives for accuracy in these Amit nyújtunk / BenefitsCompetitive salary packageChance for yearly bonus based on individual and company performanceCompany notebook and phoneCar sharing credit monthlyHyrid work schedule
