,- Ensure excellent customer experience at all levels
- Act as main contact between the company and named key customers
- Develop long-term relationships, ensuring consistent communication and regular check-ins
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, operations, product development)
- Create and execute account plans tailored to each client’s business objectives
- Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Track and report key metrics such as retention rates, sales growth and client feedback
Skills:
- Proven ability to build valuable relationships and networks
- Capable of identifying growth opportunities
- Proactive approach in mitigating risks
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends
- Proficiency in CRM
- Strong networking/ relationship building skills
- Excellent communication/ negotiation skills
Desired education, experience & background:
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, Marketing, Sales or similar, related field
- Min 3-5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management
- Experience of B2B sales activities in the service business
- Experience in data-led tracking, reporting and development
- Experience in understanding and prioritizing the client needs
- Experience to maintain resilience under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Experience in and focused on achieving measurable outcomes for both clients and the company
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
