We operate bp's Global Business Services organization in Hungary, which is an integrated part of our company. In our offices in Budapest and Szeged, we provide solutions across all of bp in customer service, finance, accounting, procurement, HR services, and other enabling functions.
The Cash and Banking Process Design Manager role offers a unique opportunity to drive harmonization of Cash & Banking processes across GBS, providing cross-divisional process standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to integrate GBS Cash & Banking and Group Treasury processes, aiming for end-to-end optimization with the integration of business entity requirements.
You will also be responsible for coordinating the development and maintenance of relevant Globally Defined Practices for Cash & Banking processes, identifying innovation ideas to drive group-wide improvements, recommending process automation where feasible, assessing aspects of Cash & Banking process performance and efficiency against market capabilities, and completing initial reviews of change/optimization initiatives.
This role requires strong operational experience in business shared services, outsourcing, or similar, as well as considerable business/process analysis experience preferably with strong user interaction. Solid understanding of tools and systems associated with data gathering, compilation, and analysis is essential. You should have hands-on experience in process management and re-engineering, in-depth knowledge of Cash & Banking processes, including key roles, departments, and common Process Performance Indicators.
You will have a track record of experience in developing business requirements and/or participating in large-scale process re-design initiatives, previous experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies, and knowledge of project and change management methodologies and financial/operational control practices.
