We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Finance and Procurement Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Ensuring compliance with global accounting procedures on local invoices
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Participating in the annual budgeting process
  • Procuring non-food items for our operations
  • Contributing to finance and procurement projects
  • Overseeing the storekeeping process
  • Monitoring and reporting on inventory levels and conducting regular inventory audits

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Finance or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance and procurement
  • Intermediate English language skills (written and oral)
  • Fluent Hungarian language skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic international environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
