Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming invoices, execute bank transfers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle petty cash, issue related documents, and participate in the preparation and administration of outgoing invoices.
  • Keep track of disbursements, update records monthly, and enter services and disbursements into the company's software.
  • Assist in dunning, prepare summaries for accountants, and collect and send documents as needed.
  • Manage insurances and related payments, and assist with other finance-related matters.
HR Responsibilities:
  • Administer entry, change, and exit formalities, holidays, and overtime, and assist with secondment services.
  • Support the organization of trainings, internal events, and travel management.
  • Update the list of extra benefits (cafeteria) for payroll purposes monthly.
Requirements:
  • Finance, Economics, or Business Administration-related qualification.
  • Good knowledge of English and fluency in Hungarian.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Work experience in a similar position in an international environment, preferably in the law firm or legal/consulting services sector.
