About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RTR Accountant to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. As an RTR Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Perform assigned RTR accounting activities, including Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank, Intercompany, period closing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process-transition, prepare and update process descriptions for assigned new activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Negotiate and proactively drive status reviews with Stakeholders and peer Departments.
  • Issue Resolution: Drive issue resolution and support Audit requests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of finance and accounting.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal (Italian, French, or German language knowledge is a plus).
  • Cultural Fit: Prior experience in a multicultural SSC environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Travel: Occasional travel within Europe for trainings and transition purposes.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive and adaptable approach, high attention to details.
  • Bonus: IFRS and SAP user knowledge is a big plus.
