About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to join our team at MAGNA Body&Chassis Hungary Kft. As a Finance Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic and multi-cultural business team and gain a comprehensive understanding of the professional world of Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in the preparation of forecasts and budgets, including scenario considerations
  • Coordination of budget planning and forecasting, evaluation and preparation of sub-plans
  • Coordination and support of monthly/annual closing activities according to local and US-GAAP requirements
  • Consolidation of Cosma Europe's monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements in Hyperion
  • Ensuring compliance with Magna Finance Policy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
  • Independent way of working and willingness to take over responsibility
  • Good knowledge in accounting, preferably in US GAAP
  • Fluent in English, Hungarian is a plus
  • First work experience through internships and/or working student positions, ideally in the automotive industry
