About the Role:

As a Finance Trainee, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic understanding of the professional world of Finance at MAGNA. During this 18-month program, you will participate in different trainings and work on national and international assignments within Finance. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the preparation of forecasts and budgets (planning) including scenario considerations
  • Coordination of budget planning and forecasting, evaluation, and preparation of sub-plans
  • Coordination and support of monthly/annual closing activities according to local and US-GAAP requirements
  • Consolidation of Cosma Europe's monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements in Hyperion
  • Ensuring compliance with Magna Finance Policy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or similar
  • Excellent analytic and numeracy skills
  • Independent way of working and willingness to take over responsibility
  • Good knowledge in accounting preferably in US GAAP
  • Fluent in English, Hungarian is a plus
