Job Description
This challenging position involves supporting fixed asset-related activities, including planning, pacing, monthly operating reviews, closing, and audits. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tracking of all fixed assets on-site, including acquisitions, maintenance, and disposal. Regular physical asset verifications and audits will also be conducted to ensure alignment with records.

The Fixed Asset Management Expert will drive transactional activities such as approving workflows, asset requisitions, project initiation in the relevant ERP system. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with operational owners to understand actuals and budget spends. Ensuring compliance with asset management policies, financial regulations, and applicable accounting standards is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely tracking of fixed assets, including acquisitions, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Conduct regular physical asset verifications and audits to ensure alignment with records.
  • Drive transactional activities such as approving workflows, asset requisitions, and project initiation in the ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with asset management policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Hungarian.
  • Prior experience in fixed asset management and/or supply chain finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting policies and practices, including standard costing.
  • ERP expertise: Oracle/SAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
