Job Title: Information Security Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying specialized knowledge to execute processes, develop new techniques, and enhance procedures within the Information Security function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial impact, requiring the ability to weigh alternatives and navigate conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary to prioritize, filter, and validate complex and evolving data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Carry out daily governance procedures within Identity and Access Management, specifically focusing on privileged user access.
  • Engage in technological projects that support the expansion of governance.
  • Produce insights from data results that are tailored to specific requirements / audiences.
  • Communicate, present, and narrate the results of insights.
  • Determine scope and impact of project risks and issues; raise and resolve issues.
  • Offer evaluative judgment by analyzing factual information in complex and unique situations.
  • Persuade and influence others through communication and diplomacy skills.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are more than welcomed.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Clear sense of ownership and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent communication skills to present information in a clear and concise manner, with ability to communicate across different audiences.
  • Analytics skills are a must, leveraging tools such as Excel.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
