About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP P2P DevOps Team Lead to join our team at MOL IT & DIGITAL GBS KFT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of business processes and requirements, handling business requests from a technical perspective, and preparing and executing IT development plans to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Analysis and Improvement
    • Lead the analysis of business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to meet business needs and objectives.
  • IT Development and Project Management
    • Prepare and execute IT development plans to meet business needs and objectives.
    • Manage and coordinate IT projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 10 IT professionals, including administrative tasks such as vacation planning, performance management, and team development.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of IT projects.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Higher professional degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Economics.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of professional experience in managing an operation or development team, preferably in SAP.
    • Experience in IT project work is an advantage.
  • Language Skills
    • English language skills at an active level.
