Plant Financial Controller

Johnson Electric Group is a leading provider of motion solutions for automotive and industrial applications. Our Hatvan manufacturing site is a key part of our operations, and we are seeking a highly skilled Plant Financial Controller to drive continuous profitability improvement and support our Oracle implementation project.

• Manage month-end closings and prepare financial statements and operational reports for the site
• Understand and present manufacturing variances to drive performance improvements
• Coordinate financial controlling activities and ensure inventory management and standard costing objectives are met
• Manage financial aspects of site CAPEX and track cash-flows
• Act as a finance business partner for site development programs
• Present financial reports for business reviews
• Maintain close collaboration with BU Controllers, regional FP&A Team, and other key stakeholders

• College or University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 2-3 years' experience in a Financial Controller role in a manufacturing business environment
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience with Oracle would be an advantage
