Financial Operations Manager

Johnson Electric Hungary Kft. is a leader in motion solutions for automotive and industrial applications. Our site in Hatvan is responsible for manufacturing and delivering high-quality products to our clients. We are seeking a strategic and analytical individual to drive continuous profitability improvement and support our Oracle implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closings and prepare monthly/weekly financial statements and operational reports
• Understand and present monthly manufacturing variances to drive performance improvements
• Coordinate planning and financial controlling activities
• Ensure inventory management and standard costing objectives are met
• Manage site CAPEX and monthly tracking of cash-flows
• Act as a finance business partner for site development programs
• Present financial reports for business reviews
• Maintain close collaboration with BU Controllers and regional FP&A Team

Requirements:

• College or University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of related experience in a Financial Controller role in a manufacturing business environment
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience with Oracle would be an advantage
