In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team in achieving business objectives within a well-established commercial framework. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the quality of processes and related tasks.
  • Liaising and communicating daily with distributors in French.
  • Guaranteeing that all transactions (order entry, tracking, stock updating, reporting on returns, invoicing, returns, complaints, and credits) are carried out to the highest standard, accurately, and within agreed timeframes.
  • Efficiently handling customer calls and complaints in accordance with the service level agreement.
  • Maintaining high-quality case and call logs with regular updates until resolution.
  • Collaborating effectively with sales, finance, and other relevant internal teams.
