Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to work closely with our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs and goals, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Build a vision of a future product by identifying and defining business needs and goals.
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare requirements specifications using Plain Text, Use Case Scenarios, and User Stories.
- Build models to visually support requirements specifications.
- Engineer UI/UX by working closely with UI and UX experts.
- Act as a reliable bridge between business and development teams.
- Drive the process by collaborating with project/product managers.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in IT.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of BA tasks and techniques (BABOK v3).
- Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of process modeling and modeling notations (BPMN, UML).
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Wireframing experience (Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamic, etc.).
- Knowledge of client-server architecture, network protocols, API, and mobile platforms.
- Experience in working with distributed and multinational teams.
