Customer Service Representative - Romanian Language

CROME Communication Kft. is a leading CRM and direct marketing agency in Romania, offering innovative solutions to clients since 2010. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients, including BMW Group Romania.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming complaints, inquiries, and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Record and administer customer information, gathering further details from the BMW dealer network and competent departments
  • Prepare and submit customer information responses, managing requests for new and existing services
  • Make outgoing customer service calls for data clarification, customer satisfaction, and event-related purposes
Requirements:
  • Native Romanian language skills, both written and oral
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • At least upper secondary education
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call centre handling complaints and outbound calls
  • Excellent communication skills, precision, independence, and reliability
  • Good computer and MS Office skills
