Job Summary

We are seeking an Energy Sourcing Specialist to analyze energy supply contract prices and terms, and negotiate with energy suppliers to ensure optimal contracts are secured on behalf of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career in energy sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client and supplier relationships through excellent formal and informal communication.
  • Work closely with Sourcing Analysts and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients.
  • Manage pre-tender activities through collecting interval data, invoices, contracts, etc.
  • Manage the tendering, analysis, and subsequent contract award and placement processes relating to complex energy supply contracts.
  • Negotiate and utilize quantitative and qualitative techniques to deliver optimal energy supply contract terms and prices for our clients through regular interaction with the energy suppliers on the related markets.
Requirements
  • Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; active interest in energy management.
  • Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status, with possibility of retention with a local contract after the internship.
  • The main languages for this position are English and Polish, therefore advanced and active knowledge is essential (both spoken and written).
  • You have confident digital skills, good knowledge, and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data).
  • Skills that will make you successful in your new position: strong analytical and logical skills.
  • Great communication skills, capability of engaging people of varying levels of seniority and experience.
