About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our IT software development team at Randstad Hungary Kft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the demand management process, ensuring it runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Request Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests, working closely with solution teams to drive projects forward.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and execution of projects.
  • Business Analysis: Gather and document requirements to ensure they are clear and actionable, and prepare comprehensive assessments and evaluate risks for decision-making purposes.
  • Communication: Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders, and present demands to the Demand Board in English and secure the necessary approvals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, demand management, or project management.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both German and English, as daily communication will require both languages.
  • Skills: Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a background in Telecom, IT, or software development environments.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Waterfall processes, and technical knowledge of tools like Salesforce and JIRA.
