Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction and refurbishment projects from design to implementation.
  • Develop plans, manage schedules, and budgets to meet deadlines and budget targets.
  • Communicate effectively with specialist engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project progress.
  • Manage documentations, archiving, and reporting on project progress.
  • Select contractors, contract, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Monitor project progress, report, and make necessary corrections to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Management of large-scale investments, preferably with Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Degree in engineering or economics (civil engineering an advantage).
  • Process-oriented and LEAN mindset.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive bonus scheme, varied and challenging tasks, and a dynamically growing company culture.
