Job Title: Lead Cost Consultant for Industrial Projects

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Cost Consultant to join our team in Nyíregyháza. As a Lead Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the costs of industrial plant and housing construction projects. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

About the Job

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong background in cost management. You will be responsible for preparing budgets, managing costs, and ensuring that projects are completed on time. Your expertise in cost management will be essential in helping us deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage project budgets, including design, bidding, and project change budgets
* Establish and track target costs, and analyze deviations between target and actual costs
* Propose corrective plans and report to management
* Review payment basis, audit completion, and correctness, and maintain a payment ledger
* Review and assess the reasonableness of changes, track change quantities, unit prices, and total amounts, and recover costs where applicable
* Guide and supervise consultants, review their work, and accumulate data on their results
* Review completion materials, prepare approval forms, and update project cost data monthly for closure of contracts

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering management or engineering cost management
* More than 8 years of experience in cost and pre-settlement management of industrial plant and housing construction projects, including at least 2 years of experience in cost management of Party A
* Proficient in geotechnical construction technology, construction project management, engineering economy, engineering cost, project budget, and quota principle
* Proficient in the use of CAD, Guanglianda, EXC, and PPT
* Fluent in English and Hungarian

Estimated Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 per year (depending on experience)
