We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 professional to join our team as a Business Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships in the Web3 space.

As a leading provider of Web3 infrastructure and non-custodial staking services, we operate across 40+ networks including Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, Polygon, and Polkadot. Our unique value proposition includes slashing guarantees, custom API services, dedicated support, and integrations with top custodians.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships and identify business opportunities in blockchain, PoS, and staking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate product adoption, enhance features, and expand into new global markets.
Requirements
  • Strong foundation in blockchain technology and its applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with Web3, Ethereum, APIs, Oracles, and collaboration tools.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000, paid in crypto.
  • Flexible remote work arrangement with no fixed schedule.
