We are seeking a meticulous Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content for a 24/7 project, working shifts to keep the platform safe around the clock.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor, review, and moderate social media content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines.
* Identify and escalate inappropriate, sensitive, or harmful content.
* Resolve reported content issues efficiently, ensuring a positive user experience.
* Follow established content moderation processes with high accuracy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures.

### Requirements:

* Language Skills: Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
* Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes graphic content with professionalism.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing issues.
* Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
