Content Moderator in Thessaloniki

We are seeking a meticulous Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content for a 24/7 project, working shifts to keep the platform safe around the clock.

• Monitor, review, and moderate social media content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate, sensitive, or harmful content.
• Resolve reported content issues efficiently, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Follow established content moderation processes with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures.

• Language Skills: Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
• Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes graphic content with professionalism.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing issues.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
