Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction to the audit team, oversee the unit's portfolio of work, and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • People Management: Establish performance plans, provide feedback, and coach staff to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Thematic Focus: Serve as a focal point for assigned thematic areas, monitoring developments and emerging risks, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Leadership of OIAI and the Audit Section: Contribute to management decisions, identify emerging risks, and facilitate continuous learning and improvements in internal auditing practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience in auditing, financial and performance, or operational experience, with five years of managing teams in multicultural environments. Fluency in English is required, and professional accreditations from recognized bodies are preferred.
