Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Process Manager to lead and manage SAP Finance and Sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and SAP systems, with experience in process improvements and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Leadership: Lead and manage SAP Finance and Sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving process improvements.
  • SAP Roll-out Support: Provide support for SAP roll-out in Romania, including testing, training, and ensuring a smooth implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary contact for R/3 and SAP S4/HANA support across the subregion, providing technical expertise and guidance to internal clients.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions, improving accounting and financial processes and suggesting SAP process enhancements.
  • Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, provide regular reporting to stakeholders, and ensure timely and budget-friendly project goals and milestones.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting and controlling experience, with a strong background in SAP systems.
  • Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong management and problem-solving skills, and high proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Certifications: Certification in SAP Finance (FI) and Sales (SD) modules, with experience in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.
