Business Process Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) in SAP S/4HANA and Supply Chain Execution Platform. The successful candidate will work with customers to deliver services for every aspect of software implementation, transformation, or upgrade projects, as well as operations, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver services for software implementation, transformation, or upgrade projects, as well as operations, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer.
  • Work with customers to analyze their solutions with a 360° view on relevant components, including application, database, and technology.
  • Provide expertise on demand, instant resolution of top pain points, and fast access to best practices and information.
  • Collaborate with a strong back office support team to ensure seamless customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • University degree in natural, economic, or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics.
  • Very good analytical skills for solving complex problems, a structured, reliable, and independent way of working, confident and friendly manner, and general communication skills.
  • Profound knowledge in the field of programming, e.g. Java, C++, ABAP OO, BOPF, and very good English language skills, spoken and written, for cooperation with customers.
  • Practical experiences with SAP logistics applications, e.g. in the ERP or S/4HANA modules MM, SD, LE-TRA, LE-WM, EWM, TM.
  • Good capabilities of technical analysis (tracing, code-design) and functional knowledge (customizing, setup, configuration) in Extended Warehouse Management and/or Transportation Management.
  • Experience in EWM or TM implementation projects.
