Job Description:

As our Demand Planning & Inventory Process Lead, you'll shape the future of our processes and gain invaluable cross-functional experience in a dynamic, international setting. You will drive the deployment of Project One within Hungary's Supply Chain, aligning local practices with project goals to ensure smooth transitions and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead INFOR M3 Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of supply chain process implementation, focusing on Demand Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management, ensuring alignment with Project One's goals.
  • Local Requirement Management: Define and communicate local requirements, ensuring compliance and alignment with overall project objectives, while bridging any gaps between Project One's processes and local practices.
  • Demand Planning and Inventory Expertise: Act as the key problem-solver and expert for Project One in Hungary, maintaining clear communication across finance, IT, and Project One teams.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Lead optimizations in Demand Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Project Task Oversight and Support: Coordinate project tasks, including data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-Go-Live support to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
  • Training and Change Management: Deliver training, foster user engagement, and encourage adoption of new processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and ERP environments (Infor M3 a strong advantage).
  • Project and Change Management: Proactive approach to overseeing complex tasks and facilitating team transitions.
  • Excel Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis with advanced Excel capabilities, along with the full Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Adaptable and Motivated: Solution-oriented, proactive, and motivated to tackle challenges independently.
  • Strong Communicator: Fluent in Hungarian and English, able to explain complex concepts effectively.
  • Flexible and Willing to Travel: Up to 60% on-site presence required.
