Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the loss prevention function across the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with and report to the central office and management team in Poland.
  • Identify and assess risk categories within the stores to mitigate potential losses.
  • Develop and maintain internal audit standards, techniques, and practices to ensure comprehensive loss prevention.
  • Ensure the effective functioning of internal control systems to safeguard assets.
  • Create and implement internal loss prevention procedures to minimize risks.
  • Conduct audits and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures in stores.
  • Oversee the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions on existing rules, procedures, and methodologies in loss prevention for staff.
  • Supervise the use and maintenance of safety technologies, such as CCTV systems, to enhance store security.
Requirements
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes; a valid driver's license is required
  • Proven experience in loss prevention, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and openness to interact with people at all levels.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions with strong analytical skills.
  • Very good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • A proactive attitude in multi-level problem solving and creativity.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a store environment is an advantage.
