Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Control Environment: Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal control environment that ensures the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize our business processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining a strong control environment that mitigates risk.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to local ICS managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports to management boards, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Exchange: Foster a culture of collaboration and exchange of best practices between business units and companies, driving continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage cross-functional initiatives, such as simplification projects, and implement and monitor internal guidelines.
  • Internal Audit Support: Participate in internal audits, providing support and expertise to ensure the effectiveness of our internal control environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or business processes, preferably in an international environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, excellent organizational and task prioritization skills, fluent English, and intermediate German.
  • Technology: SAP or similar ERP experience, strong MS Office skills.
