The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. We are looking for a talent who is result-driven and a strategic thinker, and has demonstrated experience in leading and motivating sales teams.

THE JOB
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new and used machinery.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of a sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities, maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients, and prepare for contract negotiations.
- Liaise with group and manufacturer representatives.
- Continuously track and analyze sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports for company management on sales results, forecasts, and improvement proposals.
THE PERSON
- University degree in Engineering or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery sales, industrial equipment, or similar technical products.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Confident user of CRM systems, MS Office, and ERP tools.
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
- Highly independent, decisive, and proactive, yet a strong team player who values collaboration.
