Job Overview
As a core management position in the IT Department, this role requires
- on-site residency in Europe and reports directly to the Director of IT Department and VP.
- Serve as the "core communication hub for Sino-European IT business".
- Communicate with business leaders such as Sales Directors and Country Managers of the company's branch offices in various European countries, accurately convey the value of IT solutions from the headquarters and promote their implementation.
- Deeply explore business needs in the European market, form standardized requirement plans and feed them back to the product and R&D teams at the China headquarters, realizing the full-link management of "requirement transmission - solution implementation - effect closed-loop".
- Coordinate IT-related resources in the European region to ensure the efficient implementation of the headquarters' IT strategy in the European market, and support the digital transformation of the automobile sales business in Europe.
*Job Responsibilities*
- Act as the core interface between the European business end and the IT team at the China headquarters. Regularly connect with Sales Directors, Country Managers and business backbones in various European countries, establish a normalized communication mechanism, and fully understand the IT needs and pain points in local business scenarios such as automobile sales and customer service.
- Conduct structured sorting, verification and priority ranking of European business requirements, and convert them into requirement documents (including business scenarios, function descriptions, compliance requirements, etc.) that are understandable to the product/R&D teams at the headquarters, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of requirement transmission.
- Accurately interpret the value, functions and implementation paths of the headquarters' IT solutions (such as CRM system optimization, digital marketing tools, sales data analysis platforms, etc.) to the European business end, answer questions from the business end, and obtain support for implementation.
- Synchronize the progress of IT projects at the headquarters and solution adjustments to the European business end, collect feedback from the business end and promptly feed it back to the headquarters, promote the iterative optimization of solutions, and ensure efficient information synchronization between both parties.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of the promotion plan for the headquarters' IT solutions in the European region. Design differentiated implementation strategies based on the business characteristics of different countries (such as the rigor of Germany, the flexibility of the French market, etc.), and clarify promotion milestones, responsibility assignments and assessment indicators.
- Organize training on IT solutions in the European region (such as system operation, functional application scenarios), compile localized training materials (multilingual adaptation), ensure that business personnel are proficient in the use of tools, and improve the penetration rate and usage rate of solutions.
- Track the implementation effect of solutions, collect usage feedback from the business end, analyze problems in the implementation process (such as function adaptability, operational convenience), and work with the headquarters team to formulate and promote the implementation of optimization plans, forming a closed-loop of "promotion - usage - optimization".
- Have an in-depth grasp of GDPR and data compliance regulations in various European countries. Strictly control data compliance risks in the process of requirement transmission and solution implementation, ensure that the headquarters' IT solutions and data flow comply with local regulatory requirements, and avoid compliance risks.
- Coordinate IT-related resources in the European region (such as local IT operation teams, external service providers), coordinate and solve technical support, fault response and other issues in the process of solution implementation, and ensure the stable operation of the system.
- Regularly report to the Director of IT Department at the China headquarters on the progress of IT business in the European region, the implementation of requirements, the promotion effect of solutions and existing problems, and put forward targeted suggestions to provide support for the headquarters' IT strategic decision-making.
- Assist the headquarters in promoting the construction of IT standardization in the European region, ensure that local IT work processes are aligned with the headquarters' management specifications, and improve the efficiency of cross-regional IT collaboration.
