Szereted az SAP világát, és izgalmas kihívásokra vágysz egy nemzetközi csapatban? Nálunk lehetőséged van különböző iparágakban dolgozni, és mély szakértelmet szerezni az SAP Commerce Cloud területén.

Feladataid:

  • SAP Commerce Cloud tanácsadás, beleértve a bevezetést, testreszabást és optimalizálást
  • Ügyfelek támogatása az SAP CX megoldások tervezésében, konfigurálásában és integrációjában
  • Üzleti igényekhez igazított megoldástervek készítése és folyamatmodellezés
  • Keresztfunkcionális csapatokkal való együttműködés az SAP Commerce Cloud végponttól végpontig terjedő megoldásainak szállításában
  • Hibakeresési, fejlesztési és rendszerfrissítési feladatok ellátása szakértői szinten
Képzettség
  • Többéves tapasztalat SAP Commerce Cloud projektekben, az igényfelméréstől az élesítésig
  • Projektmenedzsment szemlélet – képes vagy kezelni az ügyfélvárakozásokat, határidőket és komplex folyamatokat
  • Erős analitikai és problémamegoldó készség az SAP CX környezetben
  • Tapasztalat a Sales Cloud V1/V2, Service Cloud vagy C4C megoldásokkal
  • Magasfokú német nyelvtudás

Előny, de nem feltétel:

  • SAP Marketing Cloud/Emarsys és/vagy Customer Data Cloud/Platform ismerete
  • Ügyfélút-optimalizálás és omnichannel kereskedelmi stratégiák ismerete
