About the Job

Are you ready to drive change and innovation in an exciting and dynamic environment? As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a key role in our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. You will be one of five sustaining engineers in a team consisting with various backgrounds and responsibilities, but with the common goal to ensure that our products are safe for our end users.

You will primarily be working with change control, coordinating, and driving alterations in existing products and processes to maintain our standards of quality and efficiency and you will collaborate with different departments such as R&D, production, and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and coordinate changes to existing products and processes according to established standards and procedures.

Identify and update relevant technical product documentation to reflect changes accurately.

Execute product tests associated with change requests. Could be product testing related to durability, adhesion, and stability studies, taking ownership of aging studies.

Identify the need for validation/verification activities on new and existing products/processes, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to plan, execute, and report these activities.

Actively seek out and drive improvements in products, production, and quality processes.

Participate in risk assessments.

About you

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, and we do believe in "hiring for potential, train for skills". To be successful in the role, it is an advantage if you check most of these boxes:

Experience in change control (RA, Quality, Production) is advantageous (2-3 years).

Background in MedTech.

Academic qualifications.

Proficient/fluent in English.
