hub

hub is a new internal startup within the group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all brands. We're building a small, top‑tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results.

Role

Define and execute the communication and engagement strategy for the hub. Build awareness, trust, and measurable user engagement across brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop messaging and positioning for the hub.
  • Manage multi‑channel campaigns and user communications.
  • Use AI tools for personalization, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to align triggers and content.
  • Measure results and iterate continuously.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in digital or growth marketing.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Experience running data‑informed campaigns.
  • Familiarity with automation, analytics, and AI‑assisted tools.
  • Reliable, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
