You'll amplify the impact of our product teams and leadership by combining hands-on understanding of CAD & manufacturing workflows with sharp product operations skills. You'll turn messy inputs into concrete outcomes: clearer bets, faster decisions, and reproducible operating routines.

*What you'll do*

  • Turn ambiguity into clear, scoped work
  • Partner with Engineering, Design and Sales as a manufacturing workflow expert
  • Operate & evolve the product ops stack to Surface timely insights
  • Close the feedback loop and remove execution blockers

*What you'll bring*

  • Past experience working as a mechanical engineer, industrial designer, manufacturing engineer, or similar role where you used CAD as part of daily work
  • Proven experience in product operations, project/program management, product analyst, UX research ops, business analyst, or equivalent - ideally in B2B SaaS
  • A Signal-to-action thinker approach: you can translate qualitative and quantitative signals into prioritized actions and clear next steps
  • Curiosity and an experiment-driven builder attitude: you treat tools as means, not answers.

Experience working at a CAD or engineering software company is a plus
