We are looking for a

Content & Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team in Budapest or remotely

The purpose of this role is to create content across multiple platforms associated with memoQ and to coordinate the content creation process. Our goal is to captivate and inform prospects and customers with exceptional content.

This position is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in content marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment, and a passion for crafting engaging content that resonates with the audience.

Experience with translation management systems and familiarity with the translation technology industry are significant advantages.

What you'll do in this role at memoQ

As an important member of memoQ's Marketing Team, you will:

  • Contribute to creating and executing a content marketing plan aligned with company and department goals.
  • Write clear and compelling copy for various platforms, including but not limited to blog posts, press releases, emails, social media content, video scripts, landing pages, print brochures, and guides.
  • Coordinate content development projects in close collaboration with colleagues and external copywriters.
  • Actively manage memoQ's digital platforms using various CMS and CRM systems.
  • Participate in and manage digital marketing campaigns and associated project management tasks.
  • Collaborate on video production, including concept development, scriptwriting, recording, and editing.
  • Conduct interviews with colleagues, peers, and customers to gather insights for content creation.
  • Manage content marketing activities in a project management tool, including administering copy changes and reviews.
  • Collect content ideas and discuss them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Write and co-edit various types of content, brief agencies on associated design materials, and work with a proofreader to ensure top-quality output.
  • Work closely with an SEO specialist to improve organic search results.
  • Upload and maintain website content in content management systems.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media communications plan, including copywriting, posting content, and actively engaging with messages and comments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute content effectively to target audiences.
  • Monitor content marketing trends to inform strategy.
  • Support the localization of marketing materials.
  • Report regularly on content development, social media activity, and campaign results.
Your experience and skills

  • 3–5 years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, linguistics, translation, communications, or journalism.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency
  • Proven ability to coordinate content creation and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Experience in marketing video production.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills and solid understanding of SEO.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus.
  • Ability to effectively use AI tools for content creation.
