We are hiring a
Junior Regional Submission Planner
to join our Regulatory Affairs Operations team for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

In this role, you will contribute to the timely and compliant delivery of regulatory submissions to health authorities. You will work closely with senior planners and global stakeholders to ensure smooth submission processes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning, tracking, and assembling regulatory content for simple submissions
  • Manage operational tasks such as document retrieval, submission creation, and delivery
  • Coordinate with global teams to maintain timelines and compliance
  • Assist with registration tracking and other tasks assigned by your manager

Experience and skills you possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in regulatory operations, regulatory affairs, or publishing (preferred)
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and procedures in the EMEA region
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating timely submissions
  • Ability to manage complex planning and tracking tasks
  • Comfortable using IT systems
