Junior Community Manager (Discord fókusz, QA feladatokkal)

Nemzetközi szinten elismert VR (virtuális valóság) játékfejlesztő stúdió keresi legújabb pörgős junior csapattagját

FŐBB FELADATOK:

  • Napi szintű kommunikáció a játékosainkkal
    Discord-on
    (elsősorban), valamint Reddit-en és Steam-en
  • Community visszajelzések, bug reportok gyűjtése, rendszerezése és továbbítása a fejlesztők felé
  • Discord szerverünk teljes körű menedzselése és moderálása
  • Alap QA feladatok: bugok reprodukálása, tesztelési folyamatok támogatása
  • Közösségi aktivitás növelése, kisebb community kezdeményezések indítása
  • Szoros együttműködés a stúdió többi részlegével (kiemelten Marketing és a QA területen)
  • VR játékok tesztelése, konkurens VR címek megismerése

AZ ÁLLÁSHOZ TARTOZÓ ELVÁRÁSOK:

  • Magabiztos, folyékony angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
  • Gamer szubkultúra ismerete – külön plusz pont, ha Te is gamer vagy
  • Laza, de pörgős, easy-going személyiség
  • Jó kommunikációs készség és proaktivitás
  • Felhasználói szintű Discord tapasztalat
  • VR játékok szeretete – sokat fogsz játszani ;)

AZ ÁLLÁS BETÖLTÉSÉHEZ ELŐNYT JELENT (DE NEM FELTÉTEL):

  • Tapasztalat Discord moderációban vagy saját szerver üzemeltetésében
  • Alapszintű QA tapasztalat (bug report, tesztelés)
  • VR vagy FPS játékokban szerzett tapasztalat
  • Streamelésben szerzett gyakorlat
  • Reddit/Subreddit kezelés, Steam fórumok ismerete
  • VR/AR piac ismerete
  • Bármilyen játékfejlesztési tapasztalat
  • Extra előny: ha szereted az embereket – soksok jófej, aktív játékosunk van :)
