Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Real Estate Advisor at REMAX Go Hungary located in Budapest, with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial real estate properties. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and sales support, analyzing and researching real estate market trends, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of real estate law and regulations.

We're looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals who either have a passion for the real estate market or are committed to exploring it further. Perhaps you're looking to expand your existing knowledge with new insights and are motivated to tackle challenges. Development, creativity, and providing maximum service to clients should be important to you

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Experience with Commercial Real Estates is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate market trends and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong administrative and analitical skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate related field is an advantage
  • Experience with Property Management or Construction Project Management is a plus
  • Familiarity with Hungarian commercial Real Estate market preferred
  • Track record of rendering commercial real estate advisory services is an advantage
  • Track record of rendering commercial real estate leasing services is an advantage
  • Intermediate English language exam is a must, advanced exam is an advantage
  • Driving licence
