The Digital Transformation Business Partner plays an important role in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions within the context of digital transformation initiatives. They collaborate closely with various business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure effective integration of technology solutions. The primary focus of this role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for digital transformation, managing projects and acting as a liaison between business units and IT teams. Project management experience are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and challenges.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization within the organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems and technologies.
• Lead digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
• English spoken written
• Proven experience in business analysis, digital transformation, and project management.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle is a plus

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1950 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
