Feladataid lesznek:

  • Felhasználói és üzleti igények, problémák feltárása kvantitatív és kvalitatív módszerekkel. (stakeholder és felhasználói interjúk, usability tesztek, desk és field research)
  • Részvétel üzleti, tervezői workshopokon, esetenként ezek facilitálása.
  • Adatstruktúrák feltárása és összefüggéseinek megértése.
  • Begyűjtött insightok alapján a termék funkcióinak tervezése és specifikálása.
  • Információs architektúra, navigáció és tartalom tervezése a teljes felhasználói folyamaton keresztül.
  • Wireframe-ek, low-fidelity prototípusok készítése, iterálása.
  • Felületek készítése a céges Design System használatával.
  • Részvétel a Design System tervezésében, dokumentálásában.
  • Felhasználó-központú megközelítés mellett az üzleti és technológiai szempontok figyelembevétele.
  • Aktív részvétel a teljes fejlesztési folyamatban, szoros együttműködésben az Analystokkal, a fejlesztő csapattal és a többi designerrel.
  • Egyeztetés az ügyféllel, felhasználókkal.
  • Oktatások, prezentációk tartása más szakterületek számára, hogy elősegítsük a szervezeti design érettség fejlesztését.

Amit tőled várunk (szakképzettség, tapasztalat, készségek):

  • legalább 3 év UX designeri tapasztalat szoftverfejlesztői környezetben,
  • jártasság Figmában és FigJamben,
  • akadálymentes (accessible) tervezési ismeretek,
  • üzleti szemlélet és rendszerszintű gondolkodásmód,
  • empatikus hozzáállás,
  • jó kommunikációs és prezentációs képesség,
  • jó problémamegoldó képesség,
  • csapatban és önállóan is hatékony munkavégzés,
  • kreatív szemlélet.

Előnyödre válhat:

  • Design Systemek használatában, tervezésében szerzett gyakorlat,
  • UX kutatási módszerek ismerete,
  • Business Analyst vagy hasonló munkakörben szerzett tapasztalat,
  • iOS és Android alkalmazások tervezésében szerzett tapasztalat,
  • alapfokú fejlesztői ismeret, hogy könnyebben kommunikálj a fejlesztőkkel és jobban értsd a miérteket a Design Systemben,
  • analitikai eszközök ismerete, megértése, elemzése,
  • angol nyelvismeret,
  • agilis fejlesztési módszertanok (Scrum, Kanban) ismerete,
  • Atlassian termékek ismerete (Jira, Confluence),
  • felsőfokú (informatikai) végzettség.
