*Job Responsibilities*
- Complete operational procurement management with a focus on economically and efficiently handling procurement processes for defined product groups.
- Ensure the availability of materials by actively participating at the interface to scheduling, suppliers, and strategic purchasing.
- Build orders for direct material in accordance with established frameworks and agreements.
- Monitor and track orders for all materials within assigned material groups, addressing any blocking issues as necessary.
- Conduct invoice checking and processing, ensuring alignment with specifications and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain framework agreements and manage additions for new parts.
- Handle consignment, VOMI processing, and suggest article inclusions and contract changes.
- Manage initial sample processing from EPD, including orders, approvals, and special deliveries.
- Participate actively in supplier appointments and visits to ensure flawless operations.
- Control the EPD process, including supplier inquiries and goods management.
- Track missing parts and participate in relevant meetings to address shortages.
- Maintain vendor master data and update orders as needed in consultation with relevant departments.
- Collaborate on reporting and maintain standard pricing.
- Process and coordinate discontinued parts with suppliers and other departments.
- Serve as an interface to all departments, including production, quality control, development, and accounting.
*Training And Experience*
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing operations, business administration, operations management, purchasing, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement or a related field.
- High level of accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German is required
