Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all content aligns with community guidelines and company standards.
  • Proactively identify and manage inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content, taking appropriate action as required.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, questions, and posts in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is on-brand and communicates the intended message effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
  • Identify emerging trends in user behavior and provide insights to improve engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of social media content, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in social media and content moderation to adapt practices accordingly.
  • Create a supportive and respectful environment by managing discussions and encouraging constructive community interaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is also required.
  • Previous experience in social media or content moderation, or similar roles is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and experience in community management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage users in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in both on-site and hybrid arrangements.
