Egy ~50 fős, magyar tulajdonú kutatás-fejlesztési és tanácsadó háttérrel rendelkező cég keres tapasztalt Senior UX szakembert, aki tanácsadói szerepben képes felépíteni és bevezetni a UX-folyamatokat egy új, zöldmezős termék és a meglévő iratkezelő rendszer továbbfejlesztése kapcsán.

Mit fogsz csinálni?

  • UX auditok készítése és fejlesztési javaslatok megfogalmazása
  • Design system kialakítása és karbantartása
  • Felhasználói kutatások, használhatósági tesztek szervezése, lebonyolítása és elemzése
  • Prototípusok készítése és validálása (Figma)
  • Visszajelzési és analitika-csatornák bevezetése (pl. Hotjar, Mixpanel, NPS)
  • Discovery folyamatok, versenytárselemzés, stakeholder-workshopok facilitálása
  • Szoros, agilis együttműködés termékvezetőkkel, fejlesztőkkel és tesztelőkkel (Scrum / Scrumban)

Munkavégzés és egyéb feltételek

  • Próbaidő alatt
    teljes irodai jelenlét
    (kb. 2–3 hónap, a betanulás ütemétől függően), ezt követően hibrid munkavégzés
  • A szerep
    magas szintű budapesti jelenlétet/ bejárást
    igényel (interjúk, workshopok, üzleti megbeszélések és ügyfélkapcsolatok miatt)
  • Vidéken van a fejlesztői csapat, így néha hozzájuk is le kell utazni (jogosítvány elengedhetetlen lesz)
  • Időnként ügyfél- vagy partnerlátogatások szükségesek (szervezéstől függően céges jármű is elérhető)

  • Design & dokumentáció: Figma (Pro), Notion, Confluence, Zeroheight
  • Kutatás & analitika: Typeform, Maze, Useberry, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics
  • Workshop & tervezés: Miro
  • KPI & riporting: Looker Studio, Power BI
  • Folyamatmenedzsment: Jira
