What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the person who shapes intuitive, delightful journeys for millions of gifters, organisers, colleagues and friends.

You'll shape those little "oh, that was easy" moments our users love.

You'll:


• Lead UX work from discovery to delivery — research, journeys, prototypes, testing and everything in between.


• Turn tricky group-payment flows into smooth, human-friendly experiences.


• Work with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life quickly and clearly.


• Use insights from analytics and user behaviour tools to guide decisions.


• Spot opportunities to simplify and enhance the user experience across the product.


• Keep our design system tidy, scalable and full of "ooh, that's nice" details.


• Share your thinking openly — we like friendly debate, not design mysteries.


• Ensure designs follow accessibility and inclusive design principles.

What You Bring


• 3–5 years of proper, hands-on UX experience (fintech or SaaS is a bonus, but not essential).


• A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you made.


• Experience running or using insights from user research and usability tests.


• Comfortable interpreting data, user behaviour insights, and analytics to support good UX decisions.


• Great Figma skills — we're big fans.


• Experience working with, or contributing to, scalable design systems.


• Strong understanding of mobile-first, responsive and cross-platform design.


• An instinct for clarity, simplicity and empathy.


• Comfortable chatting through your decisions in English with teammates from across the business.


• A curious, proactive mindset — we're growing fast, so there's lots to get stuck into.


• Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Nice-to-Haves


• UI or interaction design flair.


• Experience in fintech or other transactional digital products.


• Understanding of front-end principles (not a coder? totally fine).
