We are looking for a Trade Compliance Specialist for our SSC Partner.

Tasks:

  • Review escalated cases from first-line screening and confirm true matches through in-depth analysis
  • Perform due diligence on entity ownership and control structures, creating accurate organigrams
  • Validate information provided by internal teams and assess regulatory restrictions for confirmed hits
  • Escalate confirmed matches to the Trade Sanctions Screening CoE Lead for final decisions
  • Document assessments and decisions clearly and comprehensively
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve flagged cases quickly and efficiently
  • Keep up to date with global sanctions and export control regulations (e.g., OFAC, EU, UN).
  • Support periodic reviews and improvements of compliance screening processes
  • Execute data control procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Handle queries and maintain work databases accurately

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of export control and sanctions regulatory frameworks
  • 3–5 years of investigative experience in compliance or risk management
  • Skilled in interpreting legal provisions and assessing transactional risks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Desirable:
    Certifications such as ICA, CGSS, CAMS
  • Experience in shared services environment is a plus
