The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives, you work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to further develop their digital performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.

A Digital Project Coordinator is a technically-qualified person (expert) that strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in digital projects. The Digital Project Coordinator is responsible for consulting and partnering with Roche Divisions and/or affiliates in executing on the digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The Digital Project Coordinator is a skilled expert in all aspects of digital project management, content management, tool development across different platforms, web and social media and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives

The Opportunity:

• Leading global digital projects focused on tool implementation, development, and migration, coordinating end-to-end delivery to maximize business value.

• Defining and executing digital and website strategies to enhance brand presence, user experience, and alignment with global digital goals.

• Consulting and supporting global stakeholders and affiliates to boost their digital performance and ensure effective use of available digital tools.

• Acting as an internal consultant and bridge between business teams and IT, overseeing the process from strategy development to implementation and hypercare.

• Sharing specialist knowledge and building expertise by training stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and promoting innovative digital practices.

• Driving process improvements and governance through process optimization, documentation, and occasional handling of incidents and service requests.

Who you are:

• 7+ years in IT systems, digital operations, and website management within agencies or large organizations (including healthcare or tech), plus proven success leading large-scale or global digital projects.

• Skilled in developing digital strategies and action plans, managing agencies and stakeholders, and providing expert consultancy to global business teams.

• Excellent project management, analytical and technical skills; effective communicator in English with the ability to engage senior leaders and work in global, cross-functional teams.

• Quick learner, detail-oriented, passionate about technologies, comfortable working under pressure, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
